Guided relaxation is similar to yoga nidra, which is a form of sleep meditation. Using various ancient techniques, I create physical and environmental peace to bring your awareness into a state of complete relaxation, whereby releasing tension and stress from your body while increasing your feelings of well being.
You will lie down and get as comfortable as possible and listen to my prompts. With the use of soothing music and sounds and my voice, I will guide you, step by step, into a state of complete relaxation using awareness and visualization techniques.
During your Guided Relaxation sessions, you are in control at all times. How deeply you relax and release into the experience is always up to you. Everyone's experiences vary, but usually a feeling of complete relaxation and mental bliss are the result of the guided process.
Shawn shares the peace that he has achieved with others using his soothing voice and his desire for all to experience the many benefits of meditation. I highly recommend following his lead into a calm place to regain perspective, find joy and experience peace.

Shawn’s guided meditation sessions feel so peaceful. His calming voice and soothing presence make it easy to disappear into the quiet of myself.
